The Public Health Agency of Canada supports this project to create a Pan-Canadian Seniors’ Fall Prevention Network for health–care professionals to access evidence-informed fall prevention tools. The project will also provide resources and solutions for Canadian seniors, their families and caregivers to reduce the incidence of falls and support seniors to live independent healthy, active lives.
