A sample code of conduct to guide student behaviour in relation to concussion in interschool sport, to be signed by student athletes annually.
Implementation
The Sample Concussion Code of Conduct for Interschool Sport has been implemented by all Ontario school boards through the Ontario Physical Activity Safety Standards in Education (OPASSE), provided by Ophea. This template could be leveraged and adapted to other provincial contexts.
