As a leader in health system innovation, Eileen’s focus is on mobilizing partners, teams and leaders to consistently meet and exceed initiative objectives while demonstrating improved performance at the organizational, provincial and national system levels. Eileen is former Director with Alberta Medical Association’s ACCT program, Vice President of Quality Improvement, Health Quality Ontario, and is now co-founder and Director of the pan-canadian Health Innovation Group with Arvelle Balon-Lyon. She specializes in capacity building for team based interprofessional care, integrated health service redesign, primary care access and efficiency, chronic disease management and prevention, and leadership for quality improvement.
