Brian Thom acts for clients in a variety of corporate commercial matters . He has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and complex corporate reorganizations.
He also advises clients on corporate governance issues, joint venture, partnership and shareholder agreements.
He has advised on and assisted clients, including boards of directors and executive officers, with:
- corporate and shareholder disputes
- commercial transactions involving government corporations/agencies
- a variety of personal responsibilities and liability risks and best practices
Brian also has experience with Maritime work, including the purchase, construction and disposition of vessels and terminals, and with sponsorship and marketing agreements.
