Bill Pratt is an inspirational and transformational leader with a drive for excellence and inclusion that engages others in the pursuit of being better for the world.

With 30 years of leadership experience, Bill has actively engaged Canadians on local, provincial, national, and international issues. He has worked for organizations dedicated to international development, community corrections, homelessness, and health care. Currently, he leads Leadership by Pratt, a consultancy focused on charity leadership for employees and boards. He is also the co-host and co-producer of the podcast “For the Love of Kindness.”

As a volunteer, Bill serves on the board of directors for the Regina Airport Authority and the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada. He is the Chair of the Public Advisory Council of the Health Data Research Network of Canada. Additionally, he is a volunteer coach for the Not-for-Team, which competes for the Hill School of Business at the University of Regina in the JDC West Competition. Over the years, he has served on the boards of various local, provincial, and national organizations, including the Kids Brain Health Network, the YMCA of Regina, CancerCare Nova Scotia, and was the Founding Race Director for the Queen City Marathon.

Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and was a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) for 15 years.
