Asma is a non-profit professional with five years of experience as a Mental Health Educator. She has built more than 35 youth empowerment programs for diverse audiences and is skilled in the areas of program design, delivery, knowledge mobilization and outreach. Asma has a passion for research and storytelling, and she enjoys the process of gathering research information and disseminating the information through various mediums in a simple and engaging manner.  Asma holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in the areas of Psychology, Religion and Buddhist Mental Health. She is excited to work with Parachute and support its Road Safety programs and initiatives as a Co-ordinator, Knowledge Translation & Programs.
