Sandra joined Parachute in 2019 as a part of the marketing and communications team, providing support in communications for campaigns and programs, especially the French materials, to ensure that Parachute’s message is accessible to all Canadians and shared widely from coast to coast.

She is skilled in PR, communications and marketing and worked for several years between Paris and the French Alps in journalism, communications and then media relations as a Public Relations account manager in lifestyle, sports and health fields (in particular with the French Ministry of Health and Sport). Working with tourism destinations, such as mountain resorts, taught her a lot about natural risks awareness and prevention. She then decided to set her sights on Canada and to open the Parachute on national injury prevention.
