Michelle joined Parachute in 2021 and supports the Fall Prevention Program, including its Communities of Practice (Loop and Loop Jr.) and the Fall Prevention Month campaign each November. She helps bring together practitioners, caregivers, researchers and policy planners to share knowledge, expertise and inform practice to advance the field of fall prevention. 

Michelle has knowledge, skills and experience in public health, knowledge translation and project management. She is passionate about bridging the gap between knowledge and practice to make real, positive impact. Her experience includes working in government, mental health care, cancer prevention and research.

She holds a Master of Public Health degree and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, both from the University of Guelph.
